Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using DeskViu. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Accenflair IT Solutions Private Limited.
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for or using DeskViu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Subscription and payment
DeskViu is a subscription service billed per employee per month. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Annual plans are billed upfront. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
3. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required for the trial. If you do not upgrade, access will be restricted at trial end and data retained for 30 days.
4. Employer responsibilities
Employers using DeskViu to monitor employees are solely responsible for complying with applicable employment laws, notifying employees of monitoring, and obtaining any required consents. DeskViu provides the tool; compliance obligations rest with the employer.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate within DeskViu. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your data. We process your data only to provide the service.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use DeskViu to monitor individuals without their knowledge, for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, or in a manner that violates any applicable law.
7. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime due to events beyond our control.
8. Limitation of liability
DeskViu's liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms. On termination, your data is available for export for 30 days, then deleted.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
