How does leave accrual work?
Leave is policy-based: you define accrual rules per leave type and the system updates balances automatically. Requests follow approval workflows, and comp-off is supported.
Does attendance connect to payroll?
Yes. Salary computation is linked to attendance records, so there is no month-end export and re-import.
How is attendance recorded?
By biometric thumb (fingerprint) devices, your existing CCTV cameras or dedicated AI cameras, all writing to the same attendance record. Hours can also be tracked automatically by the DeskViu desktop agent. Employees do not clock in from a personal phone or browser. Schools and colleges use a separate facial attendance capture mobile app.
