What is DeskViu Personal CRM?
DeskViu Personal CRM is a mobile app for managing relationships rather than sales pipelines: it reminds you when to stay in touch, keeps notes and important dates for each contact, and, with the AI Social Intelligence add-on, surfaces buying signals and follow-ups from the business conversations your company connects, starting with WhatsApp Business. It works with your DeskViu CRM account.
Is it a sales CRM?
No. Personal CRM is built around people and follow-ups, with no lead or opportunity pipeline screens. If you also need a sales pipeline, forecasting and field tracking, use DeskViu CRM, which the same account covers.
Do I need a DeskViu CRM account?
Yes. The app signs in with DeskViu single sign-on and keeps your contacts, timeline and AI insights in your company's DeskViu CRM. There is no separate standalone sign-up yet.
Is it on Google Play or the App Store?
Not yet. It is an Android app for DeskViu CRM customers, and iOS is not available. Email sales@deskviu.com or request a demo to get access with your CRM account.
What does AI Social Intelligence do?
It reads the business conversations your company connects, works out how strong the buying intent is and why, flags follow-ups, creates a task for them, and drafts a reply. It supports WhatsApp Business today, connected by your admin. Other social channels are in development.
Will the AI send messages for me?
No. Every drafted reply waits for a person to approve it, and sending is a separate action. Follow-up tasks and contacts it creates are visible in your CRM.
Does it read my personal WhatsApp?
No. It works with a WhatsApp Business number that your company connects, not your personal WhatsApp or your phone's chats. The WhatsApp button in the app simply opens your own WhatsApp.
How much does AI Social Intelligence cost?
It is a paid add-on, priced per user per month on top of any DeskViu CRM plan. It runs on your company's own OpenAI or Anthropic API key, so model usage is billed by that provider, and a monthly usage cap is applied. Ask sales@deskviu.com to have it enabled.

Each company's data is isolated from other companies, and the credentials for connected services are stored encrypted. Message text is sent to the AI provider your company chooses in order to be analysed.
